Tasty Tuesday

So this is my first "Tasty Tuesday" post that I plan to be doing every other week. They will be quite laid back and easy to flick through and I hope to provide recipes on most of the foods I find. 
Sometimes I will experiment and cook something up myself but sometimes it may just be a gallery of "omg I want to eat these". 

This week I have been drooling over S'mores...


Mmm S'more cookie and milkshake.
If you haven't heard of a S'more then here is a wikipedia explanation:

A s'more (sometimes spelled smore) is a traditional nighttime campfire treat popular in the United States [...] consisting of a roasted marshmallow and a layer of chocolate sandwiched between two pieces of graham cracker.

They taste a-m-azing but when I was scrolling through Tumblr I came across more than one way to make these marshmallow delights...

S'more milkshake and cheesecake.

Oh my goodness I am literally drooling... I searched for a recipe and came across the best idea which was a S'more dip...


I used 'BOOMF' marshmallows that you can put your own images on!
You will need:

Jumbo marshmallows
Chocolate chips
Reeses peanut butter cups (optional)
Biscuits of your choice
Frying pan

I used a chocolate bar that I smashed up...
The marshmallows don't have to be touching, they expand in the oven...
The yummy cooked marshmallows...

Preheat your oven to 180 fan assisted or 200c. Put your frying pan onto the hob and heat it up. Then layer your pan with the chocolate chips and Reeses peanut butter cups. Cover with your jumbo marshmallows and put into the middle of the oven. Do not leave for long and keep an eye on them as they cook, take out when the marshmallows are slightly browned which is normally 5 minutes. Serve the dip immediately for best results but be careful of the hot pan! Use your chosen biscuits (mine were Rich Tea) to scoop out the mix... Sharing is optional ;)
