Louis Vuitton Series 3 Exhibition 12/10/15

LV series 3.

Louis Vuitton - Series 3

I was lucky enough to see 2 exhibitions last week, Chanel and Louis Vuitton. My Chanel post seemed to go down well so I have decided to lay out this blog post in the same way. You can either flick through the photos quickly or pause to read the silly captions... Enjoy!

Genesis of a collection...
The largest half circle cut the room in half...
Master mind...
The walls were a panorama of films, this one was models describing what they loved about Louis Vuitton.
In the centre of the room was a Louis Vuitton trunk showing loads of images and ideas...
My favourite panorama was the catwalk.
Artists hands...
The room was narrow and mirrored, it was great for a selfie...
In the middle of the room was work stations that showed how a Louis Vuitton bag was made in steps..
If you sat in the chair beside the work station it felt as if you were sat creating a bag.

Infinite show...

My favourite room was a catwalk experience.
Large tv screens showed models walking down the catwalk, the room appeared like a real catwalk show but in digital form...
The science of Savoir-faire.
Lasers cut out templates of a shoe and a bag, showing the work that went into the shoe/bag before it became structured.
A tale of craftsmanship...
Amazing artisans at work creating the Louis Vuitton bag on display..
They spoke to each other in French as they took turns to work on the bags...
Accessories Gallery...
The brightest room I have ever been in, but the coolest...
White mannequins holding key Louis Vuitton pieces.
The pieces were so amazing I just wanted to pick one up and go..
Walk in Wardrobe...
Every girls dream, a walk in wardrobe of Louis Vuitton?!
A-maze-ing
Gimme... Gimme... Gimme
The end...
